Quote — “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.” — Winston Churchill

Reflection — Life is a series of ups and downs. When we’re on a high, it can feel like we’ve made it; when we’re in a slump, it can feel endless. Churchill reminds us neither success nor failure is permanent. What matters most is our willingness to show up again, whether that’s in a meeting after a bad presentation, a conversation after a disagreement, or a new budget after overspending. The courage to keep going is where resilience grows.

Pulse Point — Pulse Point: Think of one recent setback—big or small. Instead of dwelling on what went wrong, identify one thing you learned and one small next step you can take. Then do it this week, no matter how minor.
